A very docile non aggressive individual found basking in the dimmed sunlight of afternoon upon the road surface. Showed interest in fleeing rather than acquiring defensive posture. surrounding habitat strata were rocky cliffs with water seeping through boulders and ravines with vegetation of oak and pine.
