Mainly seen near in shore waters and estuary mouth.
Notes (optional)
Syn: Enhydrina schistosa; Juveniles of this species are seen as a bycatch in pre-monsoon season, mainly in April and May. Due to their bright coloured banding pattern they are often confused with H. cyanocinctus and H. caerulescens.
