Type Locality: Vijaypuri South near Krishna river (Andhra Pradesh)
Rare, known to be distributed in Andhra Pradesh only (Srinivasulu and Srinivasulu, 2018).
Conservation Status:
This species is listed as Near Threatened in the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species (https://www.iucnredlist.org/).The species is inhabits in upland rocky areas on hills covered by dry deciduous scrub forests (Srinivasulu and Srinivasulu, 2018). Anthropogenic activities such as stone quarrying, dam construction, tourism related infrastructure and grazing are listed threats to the species (Srinivasulu and Srinivasulu, 2018). There is need of proper population information assessment for the species.
